You continued to exceed my expectations! I checked in late Monday evening and although your staff had experienced significant additional pressure as a result of the recent hurricanes, they greeted me with a smile and made me feel as if I was their favorite guest! Sarah, Mike and Lance each made me feel as if I had returned home. Patricia went out of her way to assist me when my key to the concierge did not work correctly. I am sure that they probably had their own worries in the aftermath of the weekend storms, but you could not tell. Thank you for the welcomed respite in the midst of the “storms” of life

I wanted to thank you so much for the wonderful wedding reception we had at the Grand Bohemian. You were wonderful to work with, and as the "mother of the bride" it was truly appreciated. Dear Roger: I am writing to commend you on the exceptional level of customer service your staff provided during our recent four day event held at the Grand Bohemian Hotel - Orlando. We are a large company and we frequently hold meetings at different hotels throughout the United States. Not until our stay at your hotel have I ever received compliments from the guests on the service provided by the banquet staff. They raved about how friendly and courteous eveyone was. Captains Chris and Primo did an amazing job. In all my years of event planning, never have I experienced a team of hotel professionals that were so helpful and thorough in arranging every last detail of our event. They literally took care of everything, all I had to do was show up. Traci Bradley, Cindy Strait, Chuck Hanus and Patricia Clifton were an absolute joy to work with and they take customer service to a whole new level. We will definately come back!!!

Roger: I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the beautiful dessert and coffee station you provided for our La Maschera event on Saturday. The display was gorgeous and the desserts to die for.
